Oasis Award Entry Terms
By entering the competition, each entrant agrees that all materials submitted represent the original work of the entrant. The entrant will hold harmless the Oasis Award organization, Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet and Garden Design magazine for any and all damage arising out of the use of the information in this form and the attached design files. Any errors or omissions are the responsibility of the entrant.
By entering the competition, each entrant grants full permission for the Oasis Award organization, Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet and Garden Design magazine to use the name(s) of any award winners as well as the submitted content in promotional materials in print, online and in any other media.
Employees and immediate family members of employees of Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet and Garden Design magazine are not eligible to enter the Oasis Award Competition.
The Oasis Award organization reserves the right to create awards of special recognition based on the entries received.
